From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Server Bartender at Matt the Miller's Tavern-Grandview, a Personal Trainer at GYMGUYZ, and a Bartender at Yabo's Tacos. From 2010 to 2017, they were an Office Clerk at OHIO CARDIOTHORACIC & VASCULAR SURGEONS, INC.

Sydnie Hammons, CPT received their Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University in 2017, having started their studies there in 2012.
