Jess Vandenboom

Jess VandenBoom, BCBA, currently serves as a Grant & Giving Specialist at PACE Southeast Michigan, where responsibilities include managing grant applications and cultivating donor relationships. Previously, Jess held roles at Rocket Central, beginning as a Senior Instructional Designer, developing training materials for mortgage sales professionals, and advancing to Team Leader of Instructional Design, overseeing a team and managing projects. Jess's earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Instructor at Western Michigan University, focusing on behavior analysis course materials and instruction. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University, a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University.
