Sarah Bismack LMSW, CCM, CCTP is a seasoned social worker and mental health therapist with extensive experience in case management and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Social Worker at PACE Southeast Michigan and a Mental Health Therapist at New Perspective Counseling, Sarah has previously worked as a Case Manager at Ascension and Detroit Medical Center - Rehab Institute of Michigan.
