Sarah Nabhan

Sarah Nabhan, LLMSW, is an experienced social worker currently serving as the Intake Social Worker Coordinator at PACE Southeast Michigan since February 2024. In addition to this role, Sarah founded and created Social Work Connect in February 2021. Previously, Sarah worked as a Social Worker/Support Coordinator at MORC, Inc. from March 2021 to February 2024 and coordinated the Summer Food Program at Zaman International from March 2020 to October 2020. Sarah's earlier experience includes an internship focusing on quality and compliance at The Children's Center of Wayne County and an MSW internship at Zaman International. Sarah's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
