Himani Wali

Himani Wali has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Himani started their career as a Management Trainee at HDFC Standard Life Insurance in 2009. Himani then worked as an HR Intern at Indraprastha Power Generation Ltd., where they gained insights into various HR functions. Himani also served as an HR Intern at Larsen & Toubro, where they focused on talent acquisition and understanding human resource planning. Himani then joined Aldius Consulting as an HR Manager, handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Later, they joined SMC Group as an Assistant Manager (HR) and was responsible for recruiting talent for Pan India. Himani then worked at HDB Financial Services as a Center Manager HR, handling complete HR activities for a branch of 500 employees. Himani then joined Raina Infovision Pvt. Ltd. as Head HR & Operations, where they contributed to HR management consulting and recruitment services. Currently, they hold the position of Head HR at Pace Stock Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. Overall, Himani has demonstrated a strong background in HR and recruiting, focusing on various aspects such as talent acquisition, recruitment planning, and end-to-end coordination.

Himani Wali completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business & Finance from the Department of Commerce at Jamia Millia Islamia in 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Social Work Department at the same institution, which they completed in 2012.
