Ryan Forst

Ryan Forst, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation and urban planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Chicago Paratransit Contracted Services at Pace Suburban Bus since June 2023, Ryan previously held roles as Senior Project Manager and Operations Administrator II at the same company. Responsibilities included ensuring compliance with federal regulations, managing rider complaints, and overseeing paratransit client administration. Prior experience includes a Transportation Research Associate role at the Chaddick Institute, where Ryan co-authored a report featured in the Chicago Tribune, and internships with the Chicago Transit Authority and Congress for the New Urbanism. Ryan holds a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Elmhurst University.
