Victor Paniagua

Victor Paniagua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as Section Manager for Small Purchases at Pace Suburban Bus since May 2013, Victor oversees the procurement of contracts under the Small Purchase Threshold, managing over 250 contracts valued at more than $7 million annually. Previous roles include Department Manager for Materials Planning, where Victor collaborated with management and suppliers to enhance operational efficiencies and provided mentorship to a team of buyers. Prior to this, Victor held various positions at Navistar Inc from July 2007 to May 2013, culminating in a Supply Chain Manager role.
