Lance has managed teams, overseen multiple divisions, and directed sales operations for reputable companies such as PACE Supply Corp. and the US Army. As a Combat Engineer, Lance was responsible for ensuring uninterrupted communication systems for their battalion. Lance also successfully managed a facility in Chico, achieving $3.2M in annual revenues.
