Mimi Cheung is a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and community economic development, bringing over a decade of experience in development, strategic planning, finance, and operations across various sectors. Cheung has held roles such as Chief Strategy Officer at the Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) and Special Projects Manager, where they focus on economic and social justice for diverse communities.
