Madeleine Fassett

Madeleine Fassett, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Paceline since September 2024. Prior roles include HR Manager at Gordon Law Group, Ltd. from August 2023 to August 2024, and HR Manager (US) at Locusview for a brief period in mid-2023. Madeleine's experience also encompasses leadership in HR and recruiting as Head of HR & Recruiting at MVMNT from January 2022 to April 2023, and as a People Ops Specialist at Green Thumb Industries from March 2020 to January 2022. Prior to these positions, Madeleine worked at Circle Logistics, Inc. as People Operations Manager and also fulfilled roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Office Administrator.
