Miss Shannan Paul is a versatile and accomplished professional in the fields of entertainment and event leadership. Currently serving as a Voice Over Artist, Voice Actor, On-Camera Host, and Event Emcee at Moore Creative Talent, Inc., since June 2024, Shannan also leads their own company, Miss Shannan Paul, LLC, as a Multi-Dimensional Event Leader since November 2016. Recognized for exceptional skills, Shannan was named "Best Stand-up Comedian" by City Pages Magazine in the 2020 Best of the Twin Cities. With extensive experience as a Motivational Speaker for G.L. Berg Entertainment and a licensed Live Auctioneer, Shannan excels in live event hosting. Active in community engagement, Shannan serves as the Diversity and Community Relations Director at Twin Cities Film Fest and holds board positions with PACER Center and the Autism Society of Minnesota. Educational background includes studies at Metro State University and Arizona State University.

PACER Center
PACER's mission is to improve educational opportunities and enhance the quality of life for children and young adults with disabilities and their families. Our vision is that children and young adults with disabilities and their families have access to resources and equitable opportunities to be successful and valued members of their community. Founded in 1977, PACER Center was created by parents of children and youth with disabilities to help other parents and families facing similar challenges. PACER is staffed primarily by parents of children with disabilities and works in coalition with other disability organizations.
