The Project Management and Coordination team at MasTec Canada is responsible for overseeing and delivering infrastructure projects from planning through execution. Comprising project managers, a project controls specialist, a general superintendent, and an HSSE coordinator, the team ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards, while fostering collaboration and communication among clients and partners.
