Kathy Dalby

Kathy Dalby is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the running and events management industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Pacers Running since June 2002, Kathy has successfully strategized organizational growth leading to a 70% increase in headcount and a 24% compound annual growth rate. Kathy also holds the position of Managing Partner at Pacers Events LLC, a venture founded by Kathy that specializes in event management. Additionally, Kathy's involvement in various organizations includes being a Board Member for the Running Industry Diversity Coalition and a Statistician for D.C. United. Kathy previously served as President of the Running Industry Association, Publisher for RunWashington, and Partner at RunWashington Timing.
