Victoria Sanchez

Victoria Sanchez currently serves as a Retail Assistant Store Manager at New Balance since May 2024 and has held the position of Store Manager/Nutrition Buyer at Pacers Running since September 2019, where a commitment to the mission of supporting the local running community is emphasized. Through previous roles, including Retail Buyer and Assistant Store Manager, contributions were made to adapt business models during the COVID-19 pandemic and to build relationships with local physical therapists. At Charm City Run, duties as Assistant Store Manager included managing employee schedules and conducting educational meetings. Additionally, Victoria served as Head Indoor Track Coach at The Key School, guiding high school athletes in their development. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of New England, earned between 2013 and 2018.
