John Ball

John Ball has a diverse work experience, starting as a police officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department in 1989 until 2009. John then held various roles in security and safety management, such as Director of Safety & Security at Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Contract Security Manager at ESPN. Additionally, they served as Adjunct Faculty at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis teaching criminal justice courses. John also served on the Board of Directors for the Marion County Agricultural and 4H Association, Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in security, event management, and risk mitigation.

John Ball has a Diploma in General Studies from Logansport Community High School (1980-1984), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Butler University (1985-1988), a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington (1996-1999), and a Master of Arts in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School (2005-2007).
