Eric Zimmermann

Eric Zimmermann has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Eric is currently the Director of Purchasing and Construction Operations at Pacesetter Homes Texas since May 2020. Before that, they were the Owner/Manager of Z Classic Homes from July 2019 to May 2020. From 2009 to 2019, Eric served as the Director of Operations at Village Homes & HD Homes. Prior to that, they held various roles at Centex Homes, including Resource Planning Manager, Purchasing and Estimating Manager, Director of Community Development, Vice President of Operations, and Land Development Manager. Eric also worked as a Contract Administrator at Cityhomebuilders, Inc. in 2000.

Eric Zimmermann received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Texas Christian University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Eric then pursued a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2000.
