Carmen Oviedo

Carmen Oviedo is an experienced Safety Director at Pacesetter Personnel Services since July 2012, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of a comprehensive safety program adhering to OSHA, EPA, USDOT, MSHA, MOT, and various state and federal requirements. Prior to this role, Carmen served as Regional Safety Director at Masco Contractor Services from January 2006 to July 2012, overseeing a large workforce including numerous installers and drivers. Earlier experience includes a position as Construction Superintendent-Trainee at US Homes/Lennar, focusing on site-specific safety program enforcement, and various roles at Masco Contractor Services D/B/A Gale Contractor Services, contributing to operations management and safety coordination. Carmen holds an OSHA Outreach Trainer certification in Safety from the Georgia Institute of Technology, along with educational backgrounds from Col. Nuestra Senora Del Carmen and Colegio Sagrado Corazon in San Juan, PR.
