Gabe Chapin

Manager, Carbon Origination at Pachama

Gabe Chapin has dedicated their career to environmentalism and fighting climate change. Gabe started out as an Urban & Community Forester with the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks & Recreation. Gabe then moved on to the U.S. Forest Service where they worked as a Forestry Technician. In 2004, they joined The Nature Conservancy where they became the NY Forest Carbon Program Manager.

In their current role as Manager, Carbon Origination at Pachama, Gabe is working to fight climate change by helping companies offset their carbon emissions. Gabe is passionate about their work and believes that everyone has a responsibility to protect our planet.

Gabe Chapin has a Master of Science in Forest Fire Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Vermont.

Gabe Chapin works with and Catherine Charnov - Team Member, Carbon Solutions. Gabe Chapin reports to Cindy Chiang, Carbon Solutions Lead.
