Zachary Twist is an accomplished founder and principal of Claristic Consulting, a management consulting practice established in 2009, focusing on sustainability initiatives, organizational development, and executive coaching. In addition to leading Claristic, Zachary serves as a business engagement facilitator for Pachamama Alliance, overseeing efforts to inspire businesses toward environmental sustainability and social responsibility. As president and chairman of the board at Northstar School since 2011, Zachary guides the mission of providing holistic education. Previous roles include sustainability coach at REV Sustainability, business advisor at the Alameda County Small Business Development Center, director of operations and programs at Zaytuna College, and mayoral aide in the City of Oakland. Zachary holds a BA in Ethnomusicology, Sociology, and History from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA in Business and Sustainability from Pinchot University.
