Shirley Cho

Shirley Cho is a Partner at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP, one of the leading corporate restructuring and bankruptcy law firms in the United States, since January 2009. With extensive experience in bankruptcy reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, and transactional solutions, Shirley has contributed significantly to the firm’s reputation for exceptional representation. Shirley earned a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco in 1997 and completed undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley from 1991 to 1994.
