Victoria Newmark

Victoria Newmark is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Counsel at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP since 2007. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where career progression included advancement from Associate to Counsel from 1995 to 2007. In addition to legal practice, Victoria contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Instructor at California State University, Los Angeles from September 2015 to December 2016.
