Elaine Leung

Elaine Leung is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-Founder and Advisor at Pacific Apps Inc. since September 2018, Elaine has contributed to a global technology company's strategic direction. Previously, as CEO of Philus Technology since February 2014, Elaine has focused on helping entrepreneurs build high-performing virtual teams through a unique build-to-own model. Elaine's career includes significant achievements as VP of Marketing at Ness Technologies, where revenue doubled within a year, and as the Principal/Founder of MS9 Consulting, which culminated in a successful acquisition. Additionally, Elaine has held key project management roles at Stanford University Medical Center and other firms, demonstrating expertise in managing complex IT implementations and development projects. Elaine holds an MBA in Information Technology from Santa Clara University and a BS in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
