David Hawthorne

David Hawthorne is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution across various industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Anchor Point Management Group, LLC since November 2002, David oversees human resources for a workforce of approximately 12,500 employees across numerous restaurant and beauty service locations. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at multiple companies such as SGFG and Outweb, Inc., where David successfully implemented programs to enhance training, retention, and employee benefits. Additionally, David is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and has held management positions with Taco Bell and Boston Market, laying a solid foundation in operational management and HR functions. David holds a BS in Management from Shorter University and pursued studies in English Language and Literature at The University of Georgia.
