Diana Rowles

Diana Rowles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and commercial support. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Support at Pacific Biosciences since June 2014, Diana manages the order fulfillment team and processes across multiple regions. Previously, Diana held the title of Director of Global Customer Service at Microsemi Corporation from 2005 to 2013, where responsibilities included pre and post sales customer support and sales administration. At Rain Bird Corporation, from 2003 to 2005, Diana was the International Service Manager, overseeing a team of 22 professionals. Earlier in career at Beam Suntory, Diana served as Director of Worldwide Customer Service, ensuring efficient shipment of millions of cases annually. Diana holds an M.B.A from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois System.
