Rob Pereira

Rob Pereira is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the IT Client Services Manager at PacBio since December 2022, where efforts have focused on stabilizing and growing the established IT support team. Previously, Rob held the position of Global IT Support Manager at Zuora, leading a worldwide team and enhancing user onboarding experiences. At Included Health, Rob built and improved IT support processes while fostering a proactive approach, and at Merchant e-Solutions, significant transformations in IT operations were achieved through standardized processes.
