Mark Rathbone

Mark Rathbone has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark is currently working at Pacific Hydro Australia as a Project Director, overseeing various projects. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at the same company.

Before their current role, Mark worked at Jemena for a significant amount of time. Mark started as a Graduate Engineer and gradually advanced to become a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Acting Project Director. Mark'sresponsibilities involved project development, technical bid documentation, risk management, and negotiation of major construction contracts. Mark successfully completed projects such as the Eastern Gas Pipeline Stage 2B and 3 Expansion Project and the QGP Stage 2 Expansion Project.

Mark's early career began at Vipac Engineers and Scientists, where they gained work experience as an Engineer.

Mark Rathbone has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University. Mark also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management. Mark has obtained the certification of Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) from the Australian Institute of Project Management AIPM in August 2021. In 2023, they are expected to obtain certification in "Improve Your Coaching Skills as a Manager" from LinkedIn.
