Armando Mesa is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Pacific Building Group since December 2020, focusing on construction management, budget oversight, bid proposals, and subcontractor buyouts. Previously, Armando served as an Assistant Project Manager at Dempsey Construction, Inc., where responsibilities included pre-construction tasks such as quantity take-offs and detailed estimates. Armando's project management experience encompasses writing subcontractor contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Earlier roles include working as a Project Engineer for davisREED Construction, Inc., managing the restoration of The Guild Hotel and handling various exterior and interior packages. Armando also was a Project Engineer at Ledcor, overseeing RFIs, submittals, PCOs, and quality control for audio upgrades, and started the career as an Engineer/Estimating Intern at Coffman Specialties, Inc. Armando holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, complemented by studies at Cuyamaca College.
