Its subsidiaries includes PCRD Services Pte Ltd, which is engaged in investment holding, business management and consultancy services; Elsmore Pte Ltd, which is engaged in Investment holding, and Pacific Century Regional Developments (HK) Limited, which is engaged in business management and consultancy services. It has operations in Asia with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and India.
