Jacquelyn H. Torres

Jacquelyn H. Torres will be the regional executive director of new business. In this capacity, she is responsible for implementing new and innovative programs that expand Pacific Clinics’ work and commitment to wellness in communities. Having worked at the agency since 2008, Torres has held various roles, including senior clinical director where she provided behavioral health care to support individuals in crisis, including unhoused families and children who have experienced significant trauma. Through her work with the agency, Torres has gained expertise in school-based mental health, behavioral health integration and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS), a framework designed to address academic, behavioral and social-emotional learning. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Torres has a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University.
