Myeisha Peguero Gamiño will be chief communications officer, where she will direct the strategy for Pacific Clinics’ public relations, communications and marketing functions. With over 20 years of experience, Gamiño has held roles in communications, government relations and corporate social responsibility at Fortune 500 companies, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Kroger Co. She was also an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University. Appointed by Burbank City Council, Gamiño is vice chair of the municipality’s Park, Recreation and Community Services Board. She is active on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles and the African American Board Leadership Institute. She received a bachelor’s degree from Scripps College, a master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and is a graduate of University of the West’s post-MBA program in finance.
