Shawn M. Caracoza

Shawn M. Caracoza is president and chief operating officer for Pacific Clinics where he directs the strategy and implementation of operations and clinical services that support over 22,000 people each year. With more than 20 years of experience, he has held various senior-level roles at various organizations including the Children’s Institute and Uplift Family Services. Caracoza serves on the board of directors for the California Council of Community Behavioral Health Agencies. A licensed clinical social worker, Caracoza holds a bachelor’s degree from Drake University and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
