Demareo Smith

Demareo Smith is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at PACIFIC since March 2023, Demareo previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Haven Home Health Care from June 2021 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at The Vashti Center, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer at Kidz Zone. Demareo's foundational experience in the United States Air Force includes roles as Chief of Personnel, Curriculum Developer, Training and Development Instructor, and Cyber Operator. Academically, Demareo holds a Doctor of Education degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Walden University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
