Prior roles include Product Development Manager at Vanguard Furniture (1999-2006), Production Manager at Thomasville Home Furnishings (1997-1999), and Plant Manager at Bassett Furniture Industries (1992-1997). Doug Leatherman earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1987 and 1992.
