Bulbul Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact investing and social innovation. Currently serving on the Racial Equity Advisory Council at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and as President & CEO of Pacific Community Ventures since September 2019, Gupta focuses on supporting underestimated founders and communities through investment and business advising. With a strong academic role as a Professional Faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley, and an Adjunct Professor at New York University, Gupta co-teaches courses on impact investing and corporate social innovation. Previous roles include founding CEO of Mighty Girl Ventures LLC and executive positions at Socos LLC and Open Road Alliance. Gupta holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, a Resolve Learning Certificate from Singularity University, and a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University.
