As the CEO of VCI Consulting, LLC, Elizabeth guides leaders and young professionals through various initiatives, offering personalized services in coaching, mentorship, training, and organizational development. Elizabeth serves as a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, providing seminars and workshops for personal and professional growth, and holds the position of Vice President of Strategy at The Institute For Resilience, focusing on entrepreneurship. Additionally, Elizabeth plays a significant role in mental health advocacy as the Chief Operating Officer for BAATKAR0™ and supports various organizations as an advisor, trustee, and board member, including the Farmer Veteran Coalition and the Assistance League of Los Angeles. Elizabeth also facilitates an online community for business professionals, fostering leadership development and collaboration among a diverse group.
