Jenelle Knight serves as a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Hasura since April 2023 and provides pro bono advising as a Small Business Advisor for Pacific Community Ventures since June 2022. Previously at Split from September to December 2022, Jenelle developed and executed enablement programs that reduced ramp time for new sales employees by three months. Jenelle's extensive experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Enrollment Enablement at Guild Education, where Jenelle managed call support functions for a large customer success division and achieved high performance metrics supporting over 1 million members. Jenelle's foundational career includes leadership positions at Bridgepoint Education, along with freelance writing and marketing roles, and academic instruction as an Adjunct Faculty member. Jenelle holds a B.A. in Media Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Point Loma Nazarene University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Ashford University.
