Tammy Pelstring

Tammy Pelstring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and COO of DentiScope Inc. since July 2020, Tammy has developed the first smartphone-mounted AI-based dental diagnostic tool. In addition, Tammy serves as a Small Business Advisor at Pacific Community Ventures and has been a Board Member at Santa Cruz Community Credit Union since 2016, where responsibilities include strategic oversight and alignment with the organization's mission. Previously, Tammy held the position of President of the Juvenile Division at SCS Direct Inc., managing revenue goals for multiple consumer brands, and was the Founder and CEO of Obentec, overseeing the development of innovative lunch products. Tammy holds a degree in Biology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
