Yara Ourfali is the CEO and Co-Founder of Makani Homes, a home-swapping platform tailored for the Muslim community, since December 2023. Yara also serves as a Founders Network Fellow at Linkxar and an Advisor at Pacific Community Ventures (PCV). Previously, Yara was a Founding Partner at OJAG LLC from January 2022 to March 2024, focusing on optimal performance for organizations and individuals. Yara held the position of Manager in Advisory Services at PwC Middle East from January 2020 to January 2022, managing key projects including FIFA and HR Transformation. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant at ZA Packaging and as an Account Manager at Robert Half. Yara began a career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Apex Capital Group. Yara holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and participated in a study abroad program at Koç University.
