Ben Cowen has over two decades of experience in recruiting, specializing in healthcare and IT sectors. Ben has held roles such as Director of Recruiting at Pacific Companies, Residency Recruitment at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and Recruiting Manager at DIVERSANT, LLC. Ben has also worked at Merritt Hawkins in various recruiting positions and served as an Account Manager at Republic Services and Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
