Doug Moyer

Doug Moyer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of automation and engineered services, specifically in the port crane industry. Doug currently holds the position of Vice President of Automation and Engineered Services at Pacific Crane Maintenance Company, LP since May 2022. Before that, they worked at ZPMC USA as a Senior Electrical Engineer from February 2021 to May 2022 and as a Project Manager/Electrical Engineer from October 2016 to February 2021. From April 2015 to October 2016, they held the role of VP Sales - Ports & Terminals at IDENTEC SOLUTIONS. Prior to that, they served as the Port Crane Sales Manager, Americas at Emerson Control Techniques from September 2010 to March 2015. Before joining Emerson, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at ABB Crane Systems, where they played a significant role in expanding the company's market share in North America. Doug held this position from 2003 to 2010. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at GE Toshiba Automation Systems, where they led and supported sales activities globally. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Program Manager at Aspen Motion Technologies (APW, Ltd) from 1999 to 2000 and as a Project Manager, Technical Leader, and Product Service Engineer at General Electric from 1992 to 1998, specializing in material handling and technical services.

Doug Moyer earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1987 and 1991.
