Cesar Oliveira

Cesar Oliveira is a Full-stack Developer at PCB Customs Brokers since February 2022, focusing on architecting and developing a new version of the Client Portal, managing AWS infrastructure, and designing queue management systems. Previously, Cesar worked as a Web Developer at Numinix Web Development Ltd, enhancing e-commerce functionalities and developing plugins, and at Douglas College, building a front-end React application for electronic medical records.
