Arian Den Boer

Arian den Boer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Most recently, Arian worked as an interim VP Finance at Pacific Cycle, where they were responsible for overseeing financial operations. Prior to that, Arian served as a Group CFO at Pon Equipment and Pon Power BV, where they defined and implemented the CSR strategy of the company. Arian also held various roles at Pon, including Transformation Leader, CFO of Pon Automotive Retail, and Manager of Finance & Control. Before joining Pon, Arian worked as a Business Consultant at Heineken, where they focused on improving financial processes and integrating different organizations. Earlier in their career, Arian worked as a Senior Business Controller at Vrumona BV and as a Business Consultant at Heineken International. Arian started their career as a Management Trainee at Ormit BV, where they gained experience in project management and consulting.

Arian den Boer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Economie en Recht with a specialization in Vastgoed from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the years 1990 to 1994. This was followed by a Drs degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which was completed between 1994 and 1997. In 2009, Arian den Boer pursued a Post Doc in Register Controller at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) for one year. Lastly, Arian den Boer obtained a Master's Degree in Executive Master of Operational Excellence and SCM from TIAS School for Business and Society between 2011 and 2012.
