Andy Schiltz

Andy Schiltz currently serves as the Chief Systems Engineer for Integrated CMOSS at Pacific Defense, focusing on the design and production of advanced military standards-based modular open systems architecture systems. Previously, Andy held roles including Chief Systems Engineer and Vice President of Engineering at NAL Research, where responsibilities included leading product development and technical support for new business opportunities. Andy's extensive experience also includes positions at Thales Defense & Security, Northrop Grumman, and other companies, where significant contributions were made to the development of communication systems, SATCOM terminals, and wireless technologies. Andy Schiltz earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
