Vincent Frasso

Vincent Frasso has experience in the defense industry, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Contracts at Pacific Defense since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Raytheon for a significant period of time, starting in 1986. During their time at Raytheon, Vincent served as the Director of Contracts, overseeing a team of 80 Contracts professionals and supporting various programs for the Department of Defense, Commercial, and Direct Foreign Sales. These programs included Surveillance Aircraft, Air Traffic Control system, Air Defense Systems, Electronic Warfare Systems, and Tactical Radars for various fighter aircraft models. Vincent's tenure at Raytheon lasted until 2022.

Vincent Frasso attended California State University, Long Beach from 1981 to 1985. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
