William Iannacci's work experience includes:

- Vice President and GM Pacific Defense Spear Research at Pacific Defense since November 2022.

William Iannacci obtained a High School Diploma from Malden Catholic High School between 1980 and 1984. William then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completing it from 1984 to 1988. Later on, they attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Business, which they finished in 2007.
