Jeremy Jonckheere

Vice President, Strategic Payor Partnerships at Pacific Dental Services

Jeremy Jonckheere has extensive experience in leadership roles in various companies. Jeremy started their career as a Consultant at Thought House Inc in 2001 and worked there until 2002. In 2002, they transitioned to become a Professional Athlete for Team Canada Volleyball and Averbode Volley Club until 2004. Following that, they joined BMO Capital Markets as an Analyst from 2004 to 2006.

In 2007, Jeremy joined DaVita Rx and held multiple roles. Jeremy started as the Director of Strategic Development from 2007 to 2012. Jeremy then became the Director of New Markets from 2012 to 2014, during which they led a $650M revenue business unit and developed medication adherence targets and programs. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Director of Strategic Development & Government Affairs, leading the creation of a new business line for chronic disease pharmacy tailored to capitated provider groups and payors. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they were the Senior Director of Strategy, where they built and led the enterprise strategy team for the growing specialty pharmacy.

Since 2016, Jeremy has been working at Pacific Dental Services. Jeremy started as the Vice President of Plan Partnerships until 2022 and was responsible for national/regional negotiations and growth of strategic plan relationships. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Strategic Payor Partnerships, where they focus on driving profitable revenue growth, pricing innovation, and strategic partnerships with payor groups while operationalizing medical-dental integration and developing enterprise strategic initiatives.

Jeremy Jonckheere completed an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Biotechnology at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained an HBA in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours Business Administration degree from Western University, both from 1997 to 2001.
