John Pham

John Pham, MBA, ITIL has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John has held senior leadership positions in companies such as Pacific Dental Services and Hyatt Vacation Ownership, where they were responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies. John has also worked at Welk Resort Group as a Salesforce Product Owner and IT Manager, where they implemented CRM systems and managed infrastructure for multiple resorts and offices. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Engineer at Soleil Communications.

John Pham completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside from 1997 to 2002. John then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, graduating between 2012 and 2014.
