Joshua Whipple

Joshua Whipple has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Sales Consultant at DirectPointe in 2006. Joshua later became the COO & VP at KidZaam in 2001 and worked there until 2012. Following that, they joined Pacific Dental Services, where they held various roles, including Regional Director of Specialties and Regional Director. Joshua then transitioned into leadership and organizational development, serving as the Director, Senior Director, and currently the Sr. Director of Talent and Leadership Development. In these roles, Joshua was responsible for implementing talent development and leadership initiatives, improving business performance, and partnering with senior leadership to meet the organization's needs.

Joshua Whipple earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Business, with a dual major in Economics and Spanish, from Mississippi State University. Joshua later completed a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Arizona State University.
