Trish Elliott

Trish Elliott has a strong background in human resources and management. Trish is currently the Vice President of People and Systems at Pacific Dental Services, where they work with senior executives to execute the organization's People Strategy. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the TRx Division at Alliance HealthCare Services, where they were responsible for the commercialization of Human Resources. Trish also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Stanley Black & Decker and served as the Manager of Global Sourcing - Indirect Materials. Trish's earlier experience includes roles at Ameriquest Mortgage, Pfizer/Pharmacia, and Yamaha Motor Corporation.

Trish Elliott holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Business Management from the same institution from 2002 to 2004. In 2018 to 2019, they completed a program at the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership called the Higher Ambition Leadership Institute Graduate. In 2014, Trish became a Certified Trainer in Leadership Development after completing a program at AchieveGlobal, Inc. Furthermore, in 2008 to 2009, they obtained certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work.
