Ashish Gupta

Ashish Gupta has extensive work experience in the field of leasing and business development. Ashish is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Pacific Development Corporation Ltd, where they head the leasing for approximately 2 million square feet of space. Prior to this, they worked at ELAN GROUP as the AVP & Head of Leasing from May 2021 to June 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Ashish worked at Ambience Group as the Head of Retail Leasing, overseeing the leasing for 3.2 million square feet of space. Before that, they held the position of Head of Retail Leasing at Brigade Group from February 2017 to October 2018, where they were responsible for leasing a total of 1.6 million square feet of retail and F&B spaces.

Ashish's previous experience includes working at DLF Limited as the Retail and F&B Leasing Manager for Cyberhub and One & Two Horizon Centre from April 2014 to January 2017. Ashish also worked at Gumberg India Private Limited as the Manager of Retail Leasing from February 2011 to April 2014, where they were responsible for leasing spaces at North Country Mall (now known as VR Punjab).

Ashish started their career as a Section Engineer at Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd in 2007.

Ashish Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITM University, Gurgaon from 2003 to 2007. Ashish then pursued an MBA in Retail Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2009 to 2011.
